6 Nights / 7 Days
Destination
Bali, Indonesia

Tour Overview

Bali is one of the world's most beloved islands — a place where ancient Hindu temples rise from volcanic clifftops, where rice terraces cascade down green hillsides, and where the Indian Ocean laps against white sand beaches. For Indian families and couples, Bali feels both familiar and exotic — the culture echoes India's own Hindu roots, vegetarian food is widely available, and the warmth of Balinese hospitality is unmatched. This 7-day premium itinerary balances cultural immersion in Ubud with leisure and beach time in South Bali — designed to give every guest a complete, unhurried Bali experience.

Bali is well-connected from Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai — with direct and one-stop flights available. Guests from Ahmedabad typically connect via Mumbai, with a total journey time of approximately 6–7 hours. June to October is Bali's dry season and the ideal travel window for Indian families.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Bali — Transfer to Ubud

Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. Complete Visa on Arrival formalities (quick process, approximately 15–20 minutes). Meet and greet by our local representative. Transfer to Ubud — Bali's cultural heart, set among rice fields and forested hills in the island's interior (approximately 1.5 hours). Check-in to your boutique hotel or villa. Evening stroll along Ubud's Monkey Forest Road — galleries, cafes and craft shops line the way. Overnight in Ubud.

Day 2

Ubud — Temples, Rice Terraces and the Monkey Forest

Full day in and around Ubud. Morning visit to Tirta Empul Temple — a sacred spring temple where Balinese Hindus come to bathe in purifying holy water, one of the most spiritually atmospheric sites in Bali. Continue to Tegallalang Rice Terraces — the iconic cascading terraced paddy fields carved into a river valley, a UNESCO-recognised cultural landscape. Afternoon: Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary — 700 long-tailed macaques living among ancient temple ruins in dense tropical forest. Evening: explore Ubud Art Market for local textiles, wood carvings and silver jewellery. Overnight in Ubud.

Day 3

Ubud to South Bali — Tanah Lot Sunset

Morning at leisure in Ubud. After check-out, head to Taman Ayun Royal Temple — a beautifully landscaped royal temple surrounded by a moat, once the main temple of the Mengwi Kingdom. Continue to Tanah Lot — Bali's most photographed landmark, a sea temple perched on a rocky islet that is surrounded by ocean at high tide. The sunset view here is extraordinary. Transfer to your beach resort in Seminyak, Nusa Dua or Jimbaran. Overnight in South Bali.

Day 4

Uluwatu Temple — Kecak Fire Dance — Jimbaran Sunset Dinner

Morning at leisure at the resort or beach. Afternoon: drive to the Uluwatu Peninsula — dramatic limestone cliffs 70 metres above the Indian Ocean. Visit Pura Uluwatu, the ancient sea temple clinging to the clifftop. Evening: watch the famous Kecak Fire Dance performed at the open-air clifftop amphitheatre at sunset — 50 chanting performers recreate the Ramayana story as the sun sinks into the ocean behind them. Dinner at a Jimbaran seafood restaurant by the beach. Overnight in South Bali.

Day 5

Nusa Dua — Water Sports and Beach Leisure

A day dedicated to the beach and water. Nusa Dua and Tanjung Benoa offer calm, clear waters ideal for water sports — jet ski, parasailing, banana boat, glass-bottom boat rides and snorkelling can all be arranged (at additional cost, paid directly). Families with children will find Tanjung Benoa particularly good. Alternatively, spend the day at the resort pool, book a Balinese spa treatment, or explore the Bali Collection shopping complex. Overnight in South Bali.

Day 6

Bedugul Highland Temples — GWK — Free Evening

Morning drive to Bedugul in the central highlands (approximately 1.5 hours) — visit Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, a beautiful lake temple appearing to float on the surface of Lake Bratan surrounded by volcanic mountains. Continue to Handara Golf Gate and the Bali Botanic Gardens. Return to South Bali. Evening: visit the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park — a spectacular 120-metre statue of Vishnu mounted on Garuda, set on a limestone plateau with panoramic views. Free evening for shopping or dining. Overnight in South Bali.

Day 7

Relaxed final morning — enjoy the resort, have a last breakfast, do any remaining shopping. Transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport for your return flight. Overnight not included — this is a departure day.
